USA Multifamily Management
USA Multifamily Management, founded in 1993, provides full-scale professional management services for communities including: marketing, maintenance, leasing, project rehabilitation, and accounting services for communities in California and Nevada. Under the direction and guidance of April Atkinson, we have a renewed emphasis on customer service, with the goal of being excellent service professionals to residents in the nearly 12,000 apartment homes we manage.
Partnering with social services to provide additional support for residents at USA affordable communities has been part of our approach since our first Tax Credit community in 1989. USA continues to be a leader in this space, developing a successful scholarship and assistance grant program in 2011; and working to provide health care to residents through a pilot Resident Nursing Program.
