About USA Properties Fund
Since our beginnings in 1981, our mission has been to create outstanding communities that meaningfully improve the lives of those within and around them. We understand housing as a conduit to addressing other social challenges- including health care, education, energy, and transportation- and we approach each project with equal focus on the bottom line and how we will benefit both our future residents and the cities in which these communities are located.
As a vertically-integrated family of companies, we have experienced teams dedicated to developing, building, and managing multifamily communities.

Our Commitment
We believe that each community we develop creates opportunities to enhance the lives of those who live within it, while also making a positive impact on the neighborhood in which it’s located.
Through our commitment to delivering excellent service, we strive to produce the greatest benefits for our residents, partners, cities in which we’re located, and our team.
Our Expertise
We’ve developed or acquired and rehabilitated nearly 17,000 units, building a strong reputation for designing and delivering award-winning communities worthy of institutional investment, local agency and public support, and, most importantly, worthy of being called home.
We have experience in programs ranging from Low Income Housing Tax Credits to Tax Exempt and Taxable Bonds, HOME funds, and other state and local subsidies, including the development of several mixed-income communities.
