Darrel Monteith

Mr. Darrell Monteith joined USA Properties Fund in August 2023 as Human Resources Recruiter.

Mr. Monteith oversees recruitment efforts for the company’s apartment communities and corporate positions.

Prior to joining USA Properties, Mr. Monteith was Recruiting Manager for Foothill Fire Protection in Loomis, California. He managed all recruitment efforts, from digital job-postings to interviews.

Previously, he was a Recruiter for Turning Point Community Programs in Rancho Cordova, where he streamlined the onboarding process of new hires and recruited and placed more than 200 team members every year. He has also served as Business Solutions Manager for Ultimate Staffing in Sacramento and as a Customer Acquisition Specialist for Spectra Staffing.

Mr. Monteith, who earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, started his professional career as an Assistant Manager and later Branch Manager for Enterprise Rent A Car, often listed one of the best companies for new college graduates to enter the workforce.
