Ms. Ariella Escano joined USA Properties Fund as a Human Resources Recruiter in February 2016, and was promoted to Senior Human Resources Recruiter in 2019. Ms. Liberty has extensive experience in working with staffing services and agencies, Internet recruiting – including LinkedIn – college recruiting, sourcing, and employee recognition, engagement, and retention.
Before joining USA Properties, Ms. Liberty was a Recruiter for Genesis HealthCare in Pennsylvania. Previously, she has been a Recruiter for Staffing Plus and Aerotek. She has earned the Strategic Talent Acquisition certification from the Human Capital Institute.
Her experience has elevated recruiting and retention efforts for USA Properties, which has several departments and multiple locations – each with very specific needs and requirements. She uses her experience and multiple recruiting tools to find just-the-right candidates for position at the company’s corporate headquarters in Roseville, Calif., to apartment communities from San Diego County to the Bay Area, the Sacramento region and Reno-Sparks, Nev.
