Then and Now
Established in 1981 in Santa Monica, California, USA Properties Fund, Inc. is a leader in the affordable housing market. USA has developed, built, rehabilitated, owns and manages over 10,000 units of family and senior apartment living space. Our 75-plus communities are located throughout California and Nevada. Today, USA is headquartered in Roseville, California and provides a full range of capabilities for community development, including financing, development, construction services, rehabilitation services and property management.
