Steven Gall rejoined USA Properties Fund in 2008 as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. There he oversees all of USA Properties Fund’s land and existing apartment community acquisition activities. These responsibilities also include oversight of all new project finance structures, placements and closings.

Mr. Gall has over 24 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, including a previous 17-year tenure directing USA’s land acquisition and development efforts, during which period USA developed over 6,500 apartment homes. Mr. Gall later served as Vice President of Land Acquisition for the Sacramento Divisions of Centex Homes and MBK Homes. Most recently he served in the capacity of Sacramento City Partner/Development Director for national apartment developer/operator Alliance Residential Company.

Mr. Gall holds a Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and an MBA from the University of Washington in Seattle.
