Our Rehabilitation Team leads the charge for complete on site due diligence reports, including the physical needs assessment, scope of work development, project cost control, on site staff coordination and scheduling. The specialized skills brought by the Project Managers and Superintendents enable them to work with our key subcontractors to formulate detailed design/build approaches that capitalize on the use of the existing structure, which meet or exceed the owner’s expectations through adding value, while at the same time keep cost under control.
