Building affordable housing isn't easy. Doing it as a for-profit company adds more hurdles. Then managing those properties and ensuring they have programs to serve residents — that takes things to a whole other level. It's a lot to bite off, but CEO Geoff Brown tries to make good on it with every project developed by his Roseville company, USA Properties Fund Inc.
