Michael McCleery joined USA Properties Fund in 1988 as Vice President of Construction. He is responsible for all construction activities of the firm, including estimating, project management, purchasing, field supervision, cost control, scheduling, and subcontractor management. These responsibilities are carried on throughout all phases of development, from conceptual estimating to receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy.  While at USA he has constructed more than 8,700 multifamily housing units.

Mr. McCleery received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from California State University, Long Beach. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Home Aid Sacramento, and the Building Industry Association and is founding member of the Urban Infill and Multifamily Council of CBIA. He is a licensed contractor in both California and Nevada.
