USA Properties Fund, Inc.

Edward R. Herzog joined USA Properties Fund in 1984 as its Executive Vice President and CFO. He is responsible for directing the accounting, financial, IT and tax activities of USA Properties Fund and its affiliates. Mr. Herzog’s professional experience includes serving as Controller of Heitman Properties, Ltd, a large office property developer and manager with offices in Los Angeles, Ca., and Chicago, Ill. Mr. Herzog served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Calmark Properties, Inc., a residential developer located in Los Angeles and was an auditor in the Chicago office of KPMG Peat Marwick, specializing in bank and real estate audits.

Mr. Herzog earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University, an MBA degree in Finance from University of Southern California in 1980 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1973.
