Parkside at Sycamore, West Sacramento, California

Construction on Parkside at Sycamore began June 1 and has an anticipated completion date of early summer 2010. Parkside will consist of three buildings with 62 affordable two- and three-bedroom rental apartments. The community will include a recreation building with a computer learning center, laundry facilities, exercise room, community/TV room as well as a tot lot, playground area and barbecue areas with tables and benches. There will also be a small commercial/retail space on-site that will be leased to a business providing conveniences to the residents and local neighborhood.  USA will begin pre-leasing apartments starting in spring 2010.
