Arthur M. May, Senior Vice President of Development, rejoined USA Properties Fund in June 2006 after growing his professional experience as the Partner in Charge of the Western Regional Offices for BSB Design, based in El Dorado Hills, CA. Prior to leaving USA Properties in 2002, Mr. May was Vice President and Director of Architecture.
Mr. May graduated from the University of California, Irvine, majoring in Structural Engineering. His experience as a design professional, builder and developer give him a sensitivity and understanding of the issues that contribute to a project’s successful implementation. Mr. May provides vision, direction and guidance for all new development projects in the areas of architectural planning, design and document services for USA’s new multi-family projects.
Mr. May’s affiliations include: American Institute of Architects, Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders, California Building Industry Association and the Building Industry Association of Superior California, CBIA Multi-Family Housing Council, Building Codes Committee, and the California State Building Standards Commission.
